Using the cognitive, affective, and behavioral components of character development will considerably impact student growth. This can be done by helping students understand the core values in behavioral terms and providing opportunities for them to use their &#8220;head, heart, and hands&#8221; as their character forms. They may not recognize how their actions impact their sense of right and wrong until they begin to think critically and reflect.<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-6 col-sm-6 col-xs-12\">\n<div class=\"why_do_content\">\n<h4>Students develop their character by experiencing and practicing core values and ethical decision-making.
